In Kittitas County, this is a small community, there are two different court houses, each with their own judge. We are extremely familiar with both of these courthouses and judges, which is helpful in knowing how to fight and argue cases. Some judges will dismiss a case with an issue and a different judge will deny that same issue.
Further, each prosecutor and prosecutor's office will handling infractions differently. Knowing not only the judges, but the prosecutors can be beneficial in having a favorable outcome on a case.
