Speeding Tickets

Speeding tickets are the most common reason that people are pulled over.  Some people go years without being stopped and some people are stopped frequently.  Washington State is becoming more strict on speeders, creating new laws that will cause drivers to lose their license if they receive too many moving violations.

While many law offices will take cases in any court and jurisdiction in the state, we limit our cases to a select few courts.  The reason for this is that it gives us an opportunity to really know the court, judges, and prosecutors.  Some judge accept different arguments than others, so going in prepared and with local knowledge will allow us the best chance of winning cases.  We fight speeding tickets in Cle Elum, Ellensburg, Yakima, Prosser, and Kennewick.
